Plum Analytics helps libraries support researchers at their institution. We gather metrics around scholarly output and then roll those up to departments, labs, and institutions to give an alternate way to measure scholarly output. These are measures that go beyond classic citation anlysis--open access usage, social media metrics, grant funding data, and more. Providing current impact metrics to researchers provides real value and helps the library fulfill its service mission.
